Deer Stand Plans Contest Terms
The primary purpose of the Deer-Stands.net Deer Stand Plans Contest is to encourage the creation and sharing of deer stand plans. We believe this to be to the benefit of all hunters who desire to build their own deer stand.
The owners of Deer-Stands.net will review each set of deer stand plans and will award prizes based on their opinions which stands best meet the following criteria:
- How easy the stand is to build.
- How easy the instructions are to follow.
- How affordable the stand is.
- Quality of pictures.
- Quality of the finished stand.
The random drawing will be determined by assigning all submitters a unique number and using a random number generator to select a winner.
By sending information to contests@deer-stands.net, you grant www.Deer-Stands.net and its owners an exclusive, worldwide, royalty free, perpetual license to:
- Reproduce said information (in whole are in part) in print, electronic, and other media.
- Modify said information.
- Use your name, likeness, and biographical information in connection with the information being submitted.
You agree that:
- All information is completely your own original work and nothing is taken (in whole or in part) from any work that you do not have full and complete copyrights to.
- www.Deer-Stands.net and its owners will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all information submitted.
www.Deer-Stands.net reserves the right to extend this contest if it is determined that an extension would result in more plans being submitted. www.Deer-Stands.net reserves the right to cancel or modify any part(s) of this promotion at any time in the event that it does not draw sufficient interest.
